Need : (a) Global Internal Communications Strategy tool and (b) Transformation communications support during a time of critical change.
Strategy & solutions : (a) Quantum Leap. To engage a highly diverse set of employee audiences across global business units the ROI Communication team partnered with the PepsiCo GIC team to develop the framework for an engagement app that would allow employees to collaborate at any time from their own devices.
(b) Better Together. To integrate multiple work streams across a highly complex global organization to ensure teams were fully integrated and leveraging best practices we created the “Better Together” campaign. Developing design framework for all communications across a variety of channels.
