campaign : Fashion Your Future — Employee Retention and Learning Program
Due to high attrition rates at their retail store, BR needed some help keeping their retail employees engaged in their work. To speak to this fashion savvy audience we built a campaign that would infuse some energy into the program. The idea of customizing your own career took hold as 'fashion your future'.
Two books were designed, one for the manager and one for the employee to aid in conversations about career planning. Icons were designed for navigation and photography from BR's advertising campaigns was used to stay on brand.
To bring an overall vision to the program a Commitment Book was designed using rich photography on the inside and textured touché paper for a suede finish on the cover. This program would lead to a larger effort by the Gap Inc. corporate headquarters based on the same campaign.
